GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's FreedomPop customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~SK: Wanted to put an IMMEDIATE STOP to a shipment of a wrong device before it went out of their warehouse. The agent won't make a call to their warehouse to stop it because protocol says just to email and hopefully someone intervenes to stop it on time. She suggested instead to refuse the shipment and wait for a few weeks to get the correct device till they they get it back and issue a refund! Esclating the call to her manager was no help as he was too busy to take the call! Is this how this start-up planning to grow by antogonizing customers, and not correcting the problem at the very start of it!!

~SK: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SK: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FreedomPop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SK: For that I would say four out of five.
