~saltydogal: in early march i called fp, talked to a jenn and kimie with no satifaction..asked to talk to supervisior ..was told none available but one would call me..never got call..on mar ** i talked to richard sulit and he resolved my situation with courtesy and profesassionalism thus saving fp a customer..it is my understanding that i will receive service to april **th for the payments made in feb **** and monies taken from my account in march **** will be rebated...on april ** i will be billed for **.** and the service will be cut off when usage hits that amount...sevice to be reinstated on may ** with new payment

~saltydogal: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~saltydogal: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FreedomPop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~saltydogal: For that I would say one out of five.

~saltydogal: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FreedomPop to know who you are.
