~Pissed customer: I ordered * skirts for my daughter******** blue and * khaki. Because I have had problems in the past with French Toast I made her try on ALL skirts to check the fit. One khaki skirt fit fine the other was WAY smaller and there was no hole for the button to go through! So before returning the item to them for an exchange I decided to call because I don't think I should have to pay for return shipping. The CS rep I spoke with was a MORON at best! I explained the situation and asked her how I would go about returning the item for an exchange and she told me to fill out the back of the form, send it back to them and they would send me a replacement. I said, "but then I will have to pay for the shipping?" She told me I would. I said, "Are you kidding me? I buy something from your company that is defective and you are going to charge ME to ship it back to you?" She said, "how is it defective?" SERIOUSLY?!?!?! I said, "It is sewn incorrectly and fits too small and there is a
