GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/19/17?
GetHuman-laura2u: Ordered items on a Monday (simple *-item order). Received an email from CS on Wednesday telling me they only had * of each item I ordered and would I like them to send what they had, pick something else or cancel. I responded within hours saying to just send the * (total) items and send me a revised invoice. No response. I subsequently sent * emails asking for update info on the status of the order (and made sure that I got both notification of successful 'delivery' and 'read' confirmation on all notifications), so I know they received all four emails and just decided not to respond. After a week, I finally called and was told the same story over the phone - only * each in stock. Yeah, no kidding. I knew that already. The CS phone agent blamed the CS agent(s) who handle email. What a pain and what a waste of time sending multiple emails which were ignored and finally having to call their CS line to get the items shipped. I've ordered from them in the past and haven't had any significant problems, but I'm done with this company. They brag about their stellar service on their web site, but that was certainly not my experience. Awful, awful, awful. Stop bragging - your CS *****.
