GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-pms: My sister booked * round trip tickets last year from Trenton, NJ to Atlanta, GA. Unfortunately they were unable to make the trip as my brother-in-law was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and was hospitalized. She contacted Frontier and explained and they said the tickets were good for * year, this was in July ****. She called last week to re-book and use the tickets for the end of March. After * hours on the phone and being told to either "take it or leave it" they are now out $***.**, have to travel to La Guardia airport (from Freehold, NJ) because Frontier is not flying out of Trenton, and were told they had to use the tickets before May *st!
