~RUKidding: Called Tech, needed help w*new laptop to wireless. My Plan was changed WITHOUT my approval to the highest usage plan. I was slammed*! Also, I repeatedly told Tech I could NOT hear him. He would not talk into the phone or headset. Very shady company. Still waiting for manager to call me back re: unauthorized account changes.
