~arlene dilloway: I have not had phone sinceOct * called * times and still do not have phone service. Was put on hold last time. First time was disconnected, *nd time was told oct * was first they could help me. I have medical problems and use my phone to get help. Explained this to them my service has been terrible and long delays on getting service when it goes out.
