GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Frontier Communications customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~pete: I would like to praise the "New Frontier" for their mailing envelope. It is not busy like some envelopes. It is plain and does not say anything about Frontier being a telephone company. It says in a lovely red circle, do not throw away this envelope, just like the sweepstakes people do. So my commendation to Frontier is that the envelope is so nice, that I threw it away as junk mail for four months. Then my phone was disconnected. Why? Because Frontier apparently took over my phone business from Verizon and did not tell me about it. Was I supposed to hear it from the grapevine somehow? We read the news on the internet and not the local papers. So, good job, Fontier: you never said "hello" so I am happy to say "good-bye."
