GetHuman-410286: The worst customer service experience ever. The website is a joke. My password doesn't work ever since the system was shut down for maintenance. I can't get a temporary password because the system doesn't recognize the phone number.Live chat cannot help me because of the area I'm in, also the numbers posted on the internet cannot help for that area either. Everyone I talk with gives me another number to call and they either transfer me or give me another number to call. It is a complete runaround. The service personnel are pleasant enough, they just can't give any assistance. It is ludicrous that Frontier is in the communications business and their service is totally frustrating, time-consuming and worthless.
