~yonkkk: ------- ------------ VENTING -- JUST -- VENTING -------------------------------------------*July * I called Frontier I had no phone and internet. This was no wide spread outage, just me. A cloudy not perfect day. They said to fix, could take ** to ** hours. July * and all, I could understand. I waited all day Friday July * no one showed up. I called on July * and Frontier said they would Escalate! my repair order, and someone would be out Saturday morning between * and **. No one showed up, I called Saturday, they said, they would make my repair order a PRIORITY. Monday July * at * o'clock no one showed up. I called they said they would Escalate! my repair order. Click. I got another operator I needed someone to do something and not just take my information. The operator said they would call Logan area's repair department, an hour later, due to the weather they are backed up and couldn't give me a time or day to have my phone fixed.
