~allurf: Waited on hold for almost two hours and still did not get a live person. The first time I called I was on hold for **min - talked to a live person* asked me what my call back number was in case we got disconnected...which we did, that was over three hours ago. The recording states to get a call back but they don't tell you how to do it. While on hold it also states to go online for Help, which I did I entered all my information and then it said no one was available to help me....this is disgusting customer service
