~lisyfuisod: We've had the same problem at my work for the last year and every time Frontier comes out they say there is no problem, so obviously it has not been fixed. The problem is, when it rains, our phone calls don't ring in. It's annoying and frustrating and I'm tired of getting complained to for not answering the phone when it doesn't ring!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lisyfuisod: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Frontier Communications's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lisyfuisod: For that I would say one out of five.
