~sue: When people finally answer standard the reply(I'll help you with that, just a moment.) You're put on hold and depending I have waited up to ** mins., and then I was disconnected. It has been * days and still no one has restored my service.*One said they would connect me with a supervisor, that was just another call that was disconnected.*I could go on and on, because I am on hold again, still listening to the same old music. This time it has only been ** mins. Maybe I'll be luckey and get another supervisor again soon.(maybe not they have to answer the phone again for that)
