~tmunroe: Bait and switch. I tried to sign up based on a quote. when I received the notification in my email the cost per kw went up and I emailed to say no thanks. Despite this they opened the account. I found out when I found another provider and they said they cant take my account. I was not happy about their business practices and at this time making me stay on as a customer.
