~Jack K Kelliher: My Tech "Steve"* *** ** **** was on time and very friendly. He knew exactly what the problem was "Water Line was Frozen". He quickly disassembled the control panel disconnected the water line and then used the defrost liquid to flush & cleared the frozen line in the door. His concern for not having the line freeze again, prompted him to install a heater in the door. His work was very clean, and he was very helpful explaining what happened and why it won't happen again. He was in and out in less than *** of an hr. Very nice man enjoyed his friendly manner. I hope if I ever need any other problems solved I surely hope he is the one!! Sincerely Jack J Kelliher
