~Marilyn Silva: We have been so disappointed with our cafe over the stove microwave Model: PNM****SF*SS, Serial No:GD******. We had it * months in our new remodel and it completely died. The repair people didn't have a clue what the problem was (* hr window to wait for them). They ordered a new microwave-generating part (another * hr window to wait) (* weeks no microwave) and after "fixing" it, the unit died again after * days. Called repair people, had to go back to GE customer service, wait another week for repair evaluation (* hr window wait). We had to cancel that one, been trying for a week to get a response from my "customer service" helper Twyla ***-***-***** ext ****. REALLY DISAPPOINTED! I thought GE products would be much better and the customer service? Really bad

~Marilyn Silva: For that I would say five out of five.
