~Izzy: I was told one thing by one rep and another by another rep. I finally decided to just give in after waiting on hold for ** min. Never will use them again

~Izzy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Izzy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Izzy: For that I would say two out of five.
