GetHuman-homegro: I am not a Geico customer,but i am a claimant,last week one of Geicos' customers pulled in front of
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/20/17?
GetHuman-homegro: I totaled my car and they agreed on my claim, and wrote me a check. The adjuster brought the check, but would not give it to me, due to the fact my wife is co-owner of the car, and she needed to sign the title, but she would not be home for approximately ** minutes. The adjuster, told me this being Friday, she would not be back in the area till the following Tuesday. That being yesterday oct. **. Herself or no other representative showed,or called to explain. I left her a voicemail with no reply. The insurance co sent a tow truck on Monday Oct **,and took the car away. I called today spoke to another claim rep. who said she would contact me and give me a call. Still no call. They have my car I have nothing.Do I need to report my car stolen? I need a vehicle to get to my Physical therapy appointments. Can't buy another car till receive payment. Seems like They are giving me the runaround

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-homegro: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GEICO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-homegro: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other GEICO customers?
GetHuman-homegro: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GEICO to know who you are.
