~Very Unhappy: Once I got thru the call prompts by putting *** as instructed, I was connected to a person (in the Philippines) who I could understand. She handled my issue and first time credit for late charge to include interest billed & said I should see it on GAP website within ** hours. I'm still going to cancel this credit card with GE Capital. I did not receive a bill for * months and $** in late charges.
