GetHuman-julienn2: Suggestion for Comcast - Xfinity *****@***.com: It is user unfriendly. Address of email would put even computer techs. You disconnected my call, my internet, left me with no dialtone. I had to disconnect YOUR tower, turn off my PC go through all the motions. I have called Comcast at least FIVE times in the apprx. TWO weeks since I got this whole system. I was ASSURED that it would great. Help me understand how this can be. My children cannot use WiFi unless they are in my office. Calls to Nintendo and Netflix assured me the reason Netflix is constantly buffering is Comcast WiFi. We have two quite expensive (on our part)**https:**gethuman.com*email*Comcast-Xfinity
