GetHuman-227971: I desperately tried to contact at this *, No-answer by a human like you advertise, ONLY a recording that says I have to e-mail. I have a very IMPORTANT situation that needs to be taken care of. Now I have to try and communicate with a computer! That is not good customer service. It is for a very important special gift that I need to order today and I need to find out if you have a "RUSH DELIVERY" option available that I would gladly pay any extra. I just need to find out how and talk to a human at your company which by the way has very unique and wonderful gifts. I just found your company HOPEFULLY in time. PLEASE HELP ME! Thank you so much.
