~trosinsk: Online store is misleading and or fraudulent* Purchased on line a GCV-** ProMax Water Heater Residential Nat Nat Gas ** Gal. ***** BTU which was pictured with a power vent with special delivery options. Special delivery options were for a phone call and residential delivery. After waiting for a *weeks I called the shipping company and they said yes it was there and would it be delivery the next day. The next day it was delivery in a ** foot semi by one person who pushed it off the truck into my driveway. When I opened the box there was no power vent and it was damaged. Which made the heater useless to me. And one other item that made this even worse online store said service is available * days a week which is also wrong. It is available * days Monday thru Friday. I have contacted them * times about this and the only response has been that a power vent can not be added. I have informed them that they need to replace this damaged water heater with the one pictured in their ad or refund
