~LadyTee: My sister-in-law passed on Jan. **, ****. I contacted Globe and the CSR explained everything to me very clearly. I mailed the requested paperwork by certified mail so I could track it on my computer. Globe received my mail on Feb. **, **** and I received the insurance check on March *, ****. I highly recommend Globe Life Insurance Company. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, yet courteous and friendly.
