GetHuman-apelican: I am letting you know of the incident that happened in your globe center located in Tacloban City (Robinsons Tacloban). I was about to pay my bills for my pre paid Internet and land line, but because the bills denomination was at one thousand pesos, I requested to have it changed for smaller bills at the counter lady in charge. She gladly get my one thousand pesos bill, I was surprised when sha give me a smaller bills now amounting to only five hundred pesos. She insisted that I only give her I've hundred pesos , but after she counted her petty cash she admitted that indeed there was an excess of five hundred pesos. This incident had humiliated me so much in front of transacting public.
