~Rai: wrong info sa customer. persuading offers only to find out na hindi updated lists ng pricing nila. i terminated my Plan*** that i was about to renew since i want to avail the load tipid ***, sales agent offered me blackberry **** free at loan tipid plan. before processing, they asked me to terminate my existing plan ***, so I did. noong nagbayad na ako ng P*** * month advance payment for the load tipid plan, the cashier asked me to settle P*,***.** cash out when earlier they're offering the BB**** for free! what a horrible experience. i ended up not renewing my existing plan and availing the load tipid plan.
