GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Go-optic.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~HangingOut: B E W A R E ! ! ! This is the WORST company which I have EVER dealt with. It takes them * weeks to do anything: I ordered my glasses, and the wrong frames arrived * weeks later. I had to send them back at MY expense. Another pair arrived about * weeks after they received the return, this time with the wrong lenses. I had to send these back at MY expense. After that, I received nothing but false promises and outright lies from Go Optic. I HAVE NOW BEEN WITHOUT GLASSES FOR ALMOST ** WEEKS AND TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER DUE TO THEIR BREACH OF CONTRACT. Go Optic require that returns be insured and have a tracking number, which costs over $ **.**, then say that they only reimburse up to $ *.** for shipping (even though the glasses were returned due to THEIR errors). As if that is not bad enough, they have not reimbursed me one penny for the return charges. Eyeglasses need adjusting to your face when they are new. They also need adjusting from time to time. They may also need repa
