GetHuman-343523: When purchasing the Account Now Visa Debit Card I never thought something so simple could turn into something to hard to handle in reaching a real customer service person. When calling and talking to customer service, each question I asked from how long would it be before I would be getting a call back to rectify the problem with the card (which he said would be **-** hours) and then even asking what number I could look for when returning my call back for the refund to be put back onto the card he absolutely couldn't even give me a number to look for due to the amount of telemarketing calls received at my home each day. I felt more confused and disappointed then I did prior to the phone call I made to rectify the error made in not receiving the refund of $**.** that should have been an easy transaction for which Wal-Greens handled extremely easy and co-operative with a simple return of merchandise purchased on this Acct Now Card that I had purchased last week at Bi-lo.
