GetHuman-krupesh: GoDaddy * naaz, no offense! but i'm fed up with the usual response from your team. i don't think GoDaddy has ever realize the gravity of the situation enough. while i'm here to continue to wait for an explanation and resolution for the mentioned issue, it seems things are taken for granted. can't you please sort this out once for all....? i had very well pointed rather explained this lackadaisical attitude and latency in couple of my emails to GoDaddy and it's unfortunate that not much has moved in the positive direction since then. hoping for quick and efficient dispositions now. moreover, i need escalation matrix of GoDaddy.

GetHuman-krupesh: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-krupesh: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GoDaddy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-krupesh: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other GoDaddy customers?
GetHuman-krupesh: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GoDaddy to know who you are.
