~BizMogul: I am actually from the Philippines and their toll number for the philippines is not working. until i found this site and called via web (zingaya). The support was super helpful and was able to give me a solution to my issue. when i got cut off, they really called me in less than * min. very efficient support but not enough for me to hold my account with them. i'm transferring to bluehost where they have **** chat support ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. Plus, their rates are cheaper
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting GoDaddy. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a GoDaddy problem?
~BizMogul: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~BizMogul: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GoDaddy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BizMogul: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other GoDaddy customers?
~BizMogul: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GoDaddy to know who you are.
