~Okanagan: I spent almost an hour searching the site for an email address to contact GoDaddy to get support help. The only thing they offer is to call - I cannot call. My only option is via email. The fact that not everyone can use the phone is obviously not taken into consideration. *I ended up finding help elsewhere.*Not pleased!*If they can't offer email support, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

~Okanagan: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Okanagan: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GoDaddy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Okanagan: For that I would say three out of five.

~Okanagan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GoDaddy to know who you are.
