~Enraged: They always blame their customer for doing something wrong! They are only good for hobby sites, and not for business. No issue will be resolved without being put on hold several times, and the reps are all "hired hands" who know nothing, and have little access to resolve your problems.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting GoDaddy. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a GoDaddy problem?
~Enraged: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Enraged: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GoDaddy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Enraged: For that I would say four out of five.
