~JimNH2012: I ordered a **x** tent from Golfoutletsusa.com. When I received the product it was defective. I use the word defective and not damaged because there were no signs on the box of damage. Inside the product had both broken and missing parts. I contacted them and they refused to send me another until I returned the first one. Understandable??? I returned the first tent and they sent me a new one after agreeing the product was defective. The event that I ordered the tent for had already passed. I did not get a chance to use the new tent again until the following June. * year to the day that they had sent it to me. It too is broken. Three of the cross beams are broken right where they are screwed together. *I called GolfOutletUSA.com expecting them to look at the history and make good. The first person I talked to told me he needed to discuss it with his manager. He put me on hold for ** minutes. He came back and said that I was required to email this entire scenario to him so he could forw
