GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Good Housekeeping Magazine customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~jbird: I called to opt out of physical mailings*advertisements, as I am not a customer and do not wish to be, but the customer service desk was not able to remove me from a mailing list. They said they could not find my information in their system and I must be receiving junk mail from one of their "vendors." Very polite, but not helpful for someone who just wants to stop receiving junk!
