GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Good Housekeeping Magazine customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-261826: I was happy to find a toll free number to call Customer Service. It's much easier to deal with a situation by phone than by mail. A Customer Service Rep picked up immediately & solved my problem in less than * minutes. In case you need or want to know why I called, it was because I received a notice in the mail that it was time to renew my subscription, but I knew that wasn't right since my subscription started in April or May of ****. I was advised to disregard the notice I received since my subscription will not run out until May of ****. It was a pleasure doing business with your company.
