~Nivk: After paying my bill they wanted to upgrade to their new billing system. I had FAX a credit card aurhorsation form for a payment already received. Now I have been waiting * weeks with no answer. Now the dilemma was the campaign s have been suspended until they switched it over which is a manual task, and my ads needed to be run prior to June ** since it was a tax time promo. For a High tech company they are very backwards.

~Nivk: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Nivk: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google Ads's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Nivk: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google Ads customers?
~Nivk: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Ads to know who you are.
