GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-marconi: I would say that I spend more time waiting for service to work than I do actually using the service. I am not sure if too many people are using and the network cannot actually support the number of users, or maybe the modem*router is faulty, or maybe its not really optical fiber...
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Google Fiber. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Google Fiber problem?
GetHuman-marconi: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-marconi: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google Fiber's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-marconi: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google Fiber customers?
GetHuman-marconi: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Fiber to know who you are.
