~Tired Red: I had a small problem understanding the technician... he seemed to be foreign. . After we solved the communication issue, he gave me very precise excellent advice that the problem was the battery needed to be recharged and explained on how to remove the unit and recharge the battery. He explained the time for the charging and was very helpful.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Google Nest. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Google Nest problem?
~Tired Red: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tired Red: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google Nest's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tired Red: For that I would say three out of five.
