GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Google Play customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~overhand: Google charges you UNAUTHORIZED charges Once they have your Mastercard they help themselves. I received one e-mail saying click on Full Price (i.e. $**.**) to get the $.** that it will show in cart. Well, I clicked on a $**.** album they went ahead and instantly charged - $**.**!!!!!!!!!!! No surprise there - it is Google after all. ALSO back in Nov. **** they charged my Mastercard $*.** for Google Play Music. Huh!!!!!!!!!!!!????????? Bottom line: they help themselves to your money without authorization. If you're OK with that - go ahead - get involved with Google. The persons I spoke with are GREAT. They had to forward me to PLAY from this Hardware Support dept. but everyone was great. Thanks for the phone number!

GetHuman: And what about Google Play's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~overhand: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google Play customers?
~overhand: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Play to know who you are.
