~sparrow: I Uninstalled the app called fast food nutrition by mistake a few minutes ago. when I tried to reinstall it, they wanted to charge me $*.**! I am not paying for an app that I have had for YEARS! please fix this and reply to me asap. thanks.*This is what I sent to the developer. It came back undeliverable. I went to their website, but it was effectively gone. I called Google. HUGE MISTAKE! Even tho I explained to them many times how I tried to contact the developer and couldn't get through, Google refused to accept any responsibility for an app they STILL SELL!They kept passing the buck and blaming the developer and we're completely UNWILLING to solve the problem. The guy wouldn't even give me am employee *, last initial or anything. He said he was the highest support level. WRONG! He was the first and only flunkie supervisor I spoke to. I sled him if he owned Google and he refused to answer. I am so tired of corporate idiots reading scripts and having chips on their shoulders fro

GetHuman: And what about Google Play's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sparrow: For that I would say five out of five.

~sparrow: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Play to know who you are.
