~Anne: Although this is about google telephonic customer services, I am going to use this forum, out of desperation, to complain about the New Google Chrome Bookmark Manager - I HATE IT WITH A PASSION. I absolutely do NOT have the time to waste scrolling down hundreds of large icons, I want my easy, one-liner text bookmark manager back. I have it exactly the way I want it and I DO NOT want it the way Google wants it. Please I would like the option of keeping it my way FOREVER!!!! Anne
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Google. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Google problem?
~Anne: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anne: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anne: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~Anne: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
