~Mark Abramoff: I can't get to my account and there's no one there to help me. I want to move my account to the laptop my wife is using but can't remove her account and load mine. I am *****@***.com *** *** **** and I can't access my account. You guys really **** if it's that hard to use your system. Your phone number os for adwords and closed today.

~Mark Abramoff: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mark Abramoff: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mark Abramoff: For that I would say one out of five.

~Mark Abramoff: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
