~morning star: I had a billing issue and Landon was very helpful. he walked me to my account cause on my phone, I do not know how to pull up stuff yet. He was very patient,that is hard to find in people now a days.He helped me like no one in world has helped me.He was very kind. I thank Google for having him on staff.But I thank God for sending him to this earth.

~morning star: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~morning star: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~morning star: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~morning star: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
