GetHuman-402518: I have not been able to access my gmail account, because the stupid codes never receiving on my cell today. I have already * hours, trying to access, the automatic system says that a code has been sent I have not receiving either one. I called two different numbers, a tech came when I dialed the free number, he accessed my computer, did not took even * minutes, he was not able to remove the access code, he asked me to call another number. It's clear that nobody knows nothing. I've been calling to the number*** *** ****, there is a long waiting time, according to its automatic voice ** minutes , almost one hour? are you crazy, I was calling from my cell I have limited calls. I want to rid off using those silly codes, I couldn't get nobody to help me, obviously I still without accessing my computer. I will be reporting to FTC, BBB and the consumer complaints department.

GetHuman-402518: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-402518: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
