~Free Polazzo: Sent me to the page I needed on the Web. Google Plus won't accept my name even though it is my Real Name and I've used it with Google mail for as long as they have been in business! Nice guy but the policy is terrible.

~Free Polazzo: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Free Polazzo: For that I would say one out of five.

~Free Polazzo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
