~DISGUSTED CUSTOMER: ***********THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE************At their suggestion, I ordered in a pair of frames, I was told my deposit was refundable and I was under no obligation. They took my deposit and instead of ordering the frames to the store so I could see if I liked them, they ordered the frames to be made into prescription glasses with full knowledge that I would NOT be using my prescription on file. I would be having my prescription updated. *****REFUSED TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT AND REFUSED TO CANCEL THE ORDER WHEN THE MANUFACTURER STATED IT COULD BE CANCELED.*********** The manager confirmed that the order was placed "without patient approval" **********************BUYER BEWARE*********

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DISGUSTED CUSTOMER: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DISGUSTED CUSTOMER: For that I would say five out of five.

~DISGUSTED CUSTOMER: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
