GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Google customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Tate87: They tell you up front that you will wait so expect that much time and then some,If you are looking for help forget it they are only a call center there is no support it's all web based any problem you have can only be helped by others on the forum that had the same problem as you and now help others on the forum I went through all of Chromes tips to help my problem none worked , I posted on the forum over a week ago no response. so pretty much expect no help and you are left to figure it out on your own. The person answering the call at this number was very polite and helped as much as she could but admitted to me they can't help they basically just answer the phone. This is very sad for Google, tells me they do not care about their consumers

~Tate87: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tate87: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tate87: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~Tate87: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
