~BGIAG: I PURCHASED TWO GRACO GLIDER XL AND PUT THEM TOGETHER AS INSTRUCTED.....THEY DID NOT WORK..YOU COUD TELL THEY WERE TRYING BUT DID NOT MOVE....I TRIED THEM WITH BATTERIES AND PLUGGED IN TO NO AVAIL....I CALLED HELP LINE AND THEY WERE CLOSED I CONTACTED THE NUMBER AT THE BOTTOM FOR HELP AND THEY WANTED $**.** TO ANSWER ONE QUESTIONS......NEVER WILL I PURCHASE A GRACO PRODUCT AGAIN.......
