~bknauer: I purchased some circuit breakers from this company and a light pole. The circuit breakers had the same part * as the ones in my boat, however the mounting was wrong. I found another breaker on their site that looked to have the correct mounting. I called them and they indicated they would exchange them since they were the same price. They sent me the RMA* and I returned the parts. I then got an email indicating they had issued me a store credit and charged me $* on a $** value restocking fee. Buried in their RMA email was the restocking charge. They did not automatically ship me the new circuit breakers. I had to call and place a new order with my reduced store credit.**Bottom line here is, if there is a chance you have to return parts to this company, stay away from them.
