GetHuman-313952: Asked to speak with a manager from a costmer service rep named Shawn who has a funny accent, he asked why then started rattling off my transactions. Told him I wanted to speak to a manager now I'm tired of being sucked around so he hung up on me took * separate transfers with * separate wait times to get to him. Will be calling green dots main office to complain about the horrible costmer service been a costmer for three year will be switching to blue jay
