~kspade: Debit card not delivered when they said it would be. Not notified of a problem until I called. Still kept my direct deposited paycheck.*On May ** **** Wednesday I called to report a lost card. They said it would arrive in * weeks, the latest date being June *th ****. On May **th **** I called to see what the problem was with my card still not arriving. I was told that on their end there was a problem and that my card was not sent and that I would have to wait until Jun **th which is * more weeks later. I was never notified of a problem and if I had not made a call they were just going to keep collecting my paychecks while i sat around with no money waiting on something that's not going to come. I called to try and get my money and resolve the issue and all I was told was that they could do nothing even though they were the ones who messed up. I explained that I received my payroll checks on this card and that I had bills to pay and all anyone could say was tough luck.

~kspade: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kspade: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Green Dot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kspade: For that I would say two out of five.

~kspade: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Green Dot to know who you are.
